When I click on the Logos 4 it asks me if I want to install the update. I click yes and then wait it says install and relaunch.
It relaunches and then asks me if I want to install update all over again.
I believe that is how it updates. It will do this a bunch of times and then work. I don't know why they don't all update in one fell swoop.
How many times is enough?
I have done this atleast 10 times and it still does it.

You certainly aren't. I'm having the same thing as well.
I am experiencing a bounce and then the program quits with no indexing etc happening. It just quits itself.
There is a thread in the Logos 4/Mac Beta section of the forums that answers the continuous updates. They put out a new patch last night that should fix that issue - you'll see a 46.8MB download in the taskbar and that's the one that stops the loop.
