4.3 Beta 13 Resource downloading (needed 3 restarts for 84 MB)
Logos 4.3 Beta 13 has new resource download 0xFFFFFC17 time out errors; needed 3 restarts to download 15 new resources (84.1 MB).
Initial download of 15 new resources (84.1 MB) successfully completed for 11 resources, which were then indexed. Choose to save log files, then restart Logos 4.3 Beta 13 to resume download of 4 resources (5.3 MB) that successfully completed for 3 resources. Choose to once again save log files, then restart Logos 4.3 Beta 13 to download remaining new resource (837.0 KB).
By the way, archive file also includes "Error getting file info from FileService. The request timed out" in Logos4.log file (wonder about Logos web site maintenance for awhile so resources were unavailable for download).

Beta 13 downloaded and installed without a problem for me. Though initial launch after reindexing took an age to prepare my library. Subsequent launches have been OK.

On my secondary Logos 4 Mac beta installation, choose to manually update to 4.3 Beta 13, then add 15 new resources, which needed 2 download restarts this time.
Experienced "Error getting file info from FileService. The request timed out" in Logos4.log file 4 times. On 5th restart, download 84.1 MB for 15 new resources had 4 "Download error 0xFFFFFC17: The request timed out." errors and 11 successes; clicked OK for resource pop-up. On 6th restart, download 5.8 MB for 4 resources succeeded; clicked OK for resource pop-up. On 7th restart, incremental indexing done.
Knowing library index issue on OS X Lion => http://community.logos.com/forums/p/35605/270379.aspx#270379 choose to rebuild library index, which was bit less resource intensive than earlier Logos 4 Mac releases. Quit Logos 4 Mac was followed by a crash; so copied report into "08-Index-02-Rebuild-Library" folder then compressed for posting:

Logos 4.3 Release Candidate 1 needed 3 restarts to add 33 new resources; initially downloaded 28 resources (with 5 time outs). After OK to restart, downloaded 3 resources (with 2 time outs). Another OK to restart, downloaded 2 resources. One more OK was followed by indexing 33 resources.
