Vincent Armwood:

There are multiple syntax analyses available in Logos - Open Text, Lexham and a common one - the name escapes me. Yes, many people use the sentence diagramming feature and some share their work on the forums.

What base package do you have? that tells us what syntax diagrams you likely have. What style of sentence diagrams do you prefer?

MJ

I have the simple scholar package, At this time, I'm looking into sentence diagraming. For the life of me I can't stop thinking about syntax ,syntax, syntax. So now I'm seeking to know all I can about syntax. Sentence diagraming seems to be the best method.

First see what you already have available.

1. Open the Library

2. Sort by Type (click on type in the heading bar to sort)

3. Open and explore the resources in "Clause Visualization" - remember that hovering over abbreviations will bring up an explanation and that there are also glossaries to provide definitions and explanations.

4. Then go to the files forum where you will find some sentence diagrams that you can download.

5. Then read the wiki (topic line of forum page gives link) on sentence diagrams and give it a go.

You should have Diagramatical Analysis by Lee Kantenwein.  That is a good guide to a system of sentence diagramming that I have found profitable for 30 years.
