Though this is a little off topic I thought I would share this with my Brothers and sisters in Christ
Now let me say right up front - their is no controversy intended; I use the very things he speaks of when I study in fact i emphasized in bold the part where he attest there is nothing wrong with those things, in fact I believe they help provide depth to our understanding; I just felt this was too good not to share
“The divinity of the Son of God is not proved merely in proportions. I think that he who believes in the divinity of Christ has all history, etymology, and philosophy on his side. My dependence is not founded upon the construction of a phrase or the mood and tense of a verb, and yet we have nothing to fear from that side. I rely upon His moral reach and spiritual compass. When He touched my soul into life, I did not call for a Greek grammar, Hebrew lexicon, or volumes of encyclopedias, to find how the thing stood. I believe because ‘once I was blind, and now I see.’ The heart is sometimes a better interpreter than the understanding. What better proof do I want? ‘He has redeemed my life from destruction.’ ” Joseph Parker

That ranks right up there with another of her quotable quotes: "A rose is a rose is a rose."

ST I got a good chuckle from your quote. GS your quote is even better, I'll have to remember the depth and complexity of that one, can't wait to use that one sometime. I catalog quotes I run across for use in our church bulletins To pull this back to logos has there been any word of late how they are going to rework handout part of the program

None of them were made for the Eniac which was the only computer then available. Not even the Commodore 64.

Had she the opportunity to choose, it would have been L4 Portfolio Edition. How do I know? She had a preference for the finer things in life:
"I've been rich and I've been poor. It's better to be rich". GS

Being only 74-years-old, I have never had the advantage of some of your hands-on experience.

I don't actually remember that, but I've read about it (Incidentally, I've read also that the story about the term "debugging" being derived from finding a moth in one of the switches is a myth).

Interesting. I seem to recall that the article I read rebutting the story was at snopes.com. If so, can you trust Snopes? I seem to recall another question regarding the reliability of Snopes recently.
It just occurred to me that there is something strange about your exhibit. Why does it say "First actual case of a bug being found"? It would seem that such a statement presupposes other cases of bugs being found. I think the exhibit is a fraud.

A band playing Sousaphones. These were brass instruments invented by Sousa. Follow this link to learn more. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Philip_Sousa
