I can't open Logos 4. A box tells me that it has stopped working and windows will attempt to find the trouble and let me know. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems.
You can try to open Logos4 in the Sign-in mode and check the Blank layout checkbox.

A lot of times something in your layout or library will cause this problem (although there are other problems which could cause this).
If it continues, it would be helpful if you turned on Logging so that Logos4 will create a log file (see this wiki page to turn ON logging: Diagnostic Logging ). And then immediately after the crash you will need to upload the log files to the forum so that those who understand the logs can view them and offer a solution (see the wiki page for Uploading log files: Uploading Logs
