I, too, am having problems. I have changed password, still no luck. I can get into Logos on website not the program. I have been having a another problem for the last several days when marking my Bible it is slow to complete marking. real sloooooooooooooooow. I have report that.

Having the same problem.
Add me to the list. I can download resources...but getting the same error as above trying to login...very weird.
This is getting old. We had this issue not too long ago, and we are having it again now. Logos needs to do a better job in keeping their servers running. I have never had this type of service from any other company.
You can add me to the list too. I was successful at logging in on the Logos site, I changed my password there, but can't get in via the L4 (running L4Beta5 on Windows 7 Home Premium.)
Last night (after the beta installed) I couldnt' synchronise any files--got an error message every time (but I wasn't worried about that since I wasn't working on anything at that point--just trying to install the beta).
Peace & Blessings,

It is now 6:10 am on 10/13/11 and my Logos 4 still will not log in. I have tried to change the password on line, but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone know the procedures for offline synchronization between computers when the authentication servers go down? I understand these things happen, but it would sure be nice to be able to sync my updates on one PC (i.e. notes, passage lists, etc.) to another.

We will probably have to wait until the US West Coast wakes up in another 2.5–3 hours
EDIT: Spoke too soon. Mine just logged in

Without Logo's servers, there is no synchronization.

Yes, confirmed here also. My Logos logged-in normally now and also iOS version on iPhone works as usual. Great. Thank you Logos for fixing the problem.

There may not be an officially endorsed method, but synchronization is always possible when data is stored local to a machine and someone has an alternative means of conducting that synchronization (e.g. USB drive or peer-to-peer folder synchronization). In the case of Logos, our data is indeed locally stored otherwise we wouldn't be able to access it offline.

I do not recommend peer-to-peer folder synchronization between computers as there is a high possibility of losing documents (or worse) when online sync returns. Is it worthwhile for 5 hours (in this case) loss of sync to consider a manual method when all changes are saved and will eventually be sync'd when you sign-on to the other computer?
