Text Comparison

When text comparison starts, it seems to have 5-6 Bibles to compare from. I only have three that I want to use for comparison.

Question: How do I reduce the number of Bibles to show in text comparison in settings, and which Bibles to use for text comparison? Are there any settings?

In advance, thanks for your help.

In God we trust,

Dan

Daniel - In the screen shot below, I have highlighted where you can change both the translations and number used. It is sticky, so when you change these settings, it remembers.

Thanks for the reply, I apreciate it.

Here's what I havve done since you answered: I typed in HCSB, NIV84. As soon as I got done, it changed to LEB, ESV and NIV84. I then tried my second best: ESV, NIV84, but it changed to LEB, ESC, NIV84. It keeps adding the LEB? I tried going through my collections and changing the Bibles in my collections to ESV and NIV84...it didn't fool it, it keeps adding the LEB? No trick-or-treat here.

Since I like working in KJV 1900, I only need two to compare. It makes it much easier, or faster, reading with two. The text bar doesn't maintain two for some reason? They need a manual adjustment in settings to set the comparison Bibles to the specific ones that you want, and it stays that way until changed again in settings.

I don't use it all the time, but, there are times I compare with the KJV.

If anybody has any thoughts on this, let me know.

Thanks again for your time and input.

    Dan

    Greetings Dan,

I played around with this problem a little while and here is what I was able to ascertain. If you don't have a few bibles prioritized the program will not allow you to set anything less than 3 bibles for text comparison. If you have prioritized at least 2 bibles, the program will allow you to set whatever number of bibles you want for comparison. I hope this brief explanation serves you well.
