I am using Logos 4 on a Mac. When in the Syntax Search window, if I click one of the small circles containing a plus sign, a large white box appears without any text. However, when I click on one of these circles on my PC, a small box appears with several options. Why are the options not showing up on my Mac? I have attached a picture.

Wondering about Logos 4 Mac version and OS X version ?

Picture looks similar to More Syntax Search Fun (aware of puzzling behavior, not know how to fix).  Apologies: unable to replicate using Logos 4.3 SR-6 on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 (does not matter if syntax search tab is docked or not).

Also curious about diagnostic log contents.  Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac includes link to 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip (display logging setting, then optionally change); also links to Logos Log Scribe (create zip file of Logging folder with copy of console messages)

Workaround: create syntax search using Logos 4 Windows, sync to Logos servers, switch to Logos 4 Mac, sync, then run syntax search.

Option: contact Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact (can email with reference to this thread)
