BUG: Scrolling and position in Notes

Sometime recently the positioning in a note starting working poorly - I've tested with a single note in a new file. In a long note, when you scroll down using the scroll bar and then click to set your position, the position jumps back up to near where you were before you scrolled. The scrolling itself on a long note is very slow and jumpy.

I am able to reproduce the note-position issue and will report that to Development.

This issue is fixed in 4.5 Beta 10 (it may actually have been fixed for Windows in Beta 9.)
