Hi,
I really need to be able to search directly to vocabulary on the BDAG. However, when I use the search tool I actually typing for the definition of the lexicon and not the actual greek word. I just need to be able to do a quick search of the word in greek to review its form. Right now I am just moving across the index to be able to find the word. Does anyone knows any other faster method? Search using the transliteration?
Thanks!
Jose Martinez
Jose Martinez:Search using the transliteration?
g:<transliteration> is the format you need. Look at search in the wiki (last entry in the upper left hand corner of the forums)

My apologies for my ignorance. But what you mean is that I should use the search tool and put ”g:<transliteration>” before the transliterated word? Tried to find the link on Wiki put not sure which one you were referring to.
I am using the search as: Search “All text” in “BDAG”:
Thanks.
Jose
Sorry! Just got it right!
My apologies for using computerese. <transliteration> means to put the transliteration after "g:" - I hope that will clarify it for others who read the post.

Wonder about right click on word in an English Reverse Interlinear, which can be used to open lexicons:
This screen capture was done after opening four lexicons with Strong's numbering.
Previous screen capture (using Greek lemma) is in thread => http://community.logos.com/forums/p/43637/328680.aspx#328680
