Good morning. I updated from Logos 3 to Logos 4 this morning. I had previously owned the Christian Home Library in Logos 3 and updated to The Bible Study Library when I ordered Logos 4. I completed the purchase and downloaded Logos 4 but none of the new resources are available. When I check for updates I get the message that "No Updates Are Available" and when I go to "About Logos Bible Software" it still shows Christian Home Library.

I did download version 4.50.0.1843, which is RC1, if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Matthew,

Welcome to the forums.

It often takes awhile for the Logos servers to recognize a purchase and offer to download the contents, so you may have to be patient. BTW: Instead of checking for updates through the command bar, wait a bit, then close and reopen Logos 4.

Please check your account page on logos.com and verify that your purchase is recorded under the Orders tab.

Also verify that when logging into Logos 4 you are using the email address linked to your Logos 4 account (the one you used to make your purchase).

You'll get there. The upgrade to Bible Study Library is a wise one.

Thanks for the help Mark,

Maybe my impatience is getting the best of me.

The purchase is recorded under the Orders tab

I am using the email address linked to the account.

I closed and reopened the program a couple of times and it is downloading some updates now. Let's see if that does the trick..

Hi Matthew,

I see your order in our system, but it didn't unlock properly (which is why the books aren't downloading for you). I corrected a minor inconsistency on your internal account (that I believe was preventing the unlock from working) and pushed the orders through again. They should now show up as unlocked and your books should start downloading. I apologise for the inconvenience; you should no longer have any problems when ordering online from logos.com.

That did the trick Bradley.

Thanks.

Sorry for the delayed reply but I haven't been able to access the forums all weekend for some reason.
