When I select a word in the Bible while I am online and press look up, two options are available: Search the bible for that word and Bible word study. What books do you have to have available offline to get the Bible Word study option offline? It disappears when I am in airplane or offline mode? I would like to have that option if possible. Thanks

At the moment, the Bible Word Study report runs on our servers, so it can't work when you're in offline mode.

This is one of my most desired updates behind notes syncing.  I travel a lot and so use airplane mode a lot.  It is very frustrating to not be able to at least do some simple word studies.

I agree.  Being able to run "online" functions offline would truly make this app the perfect travel companion!

Agreed! Seems that there were limited word study functions available offline on a previous version of the app and they disappeared with one of the recent updates. Maybe I'm dreaming. Our church's facility does not have availability of WiFi and cell coverage is on the edge network (read that SLOW) on the rare occasions that it exists at all. Oddly, no we are not miles from civilization in the country somewhere; we are in the east San Francisco Bay area! I had better communications access when I did live miles away from civilization. :-) At any rate, this would be a much more functional app if these capabilities were there. I know the app was free, but the Mac version of Logos cost me several hundred dollars. So it would be tremendous if the iPhone/iPad app (which I use far more than the Mac software) would more closely approximate the Mac version by this small amount.

Hi Drew,

Bible Word Study still requires customers to be online.
