At the recommendation of experienced forum entities, I am beginning a new thread.
Since updating to 4.5, I have crashed twice, while, I think hovering over a cross-ref. hyperlink...
Crash logs attached.

Hi Bill,
This is a curious error. It looks like the program is working fine until it needs to save an updated preference back to disk; at this point the SQLite component encounters an error and crashes the program.
Since it looks like all your preferences have synced with our server, I think you should be safe to delete this folder:
C:\Users\xcelldriver2\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents\sp2o0xd1.zif\UserPreferences2
When you restart the app, there may be a brief delay while it re-downloads your preferences and re-creates the database. Hopefully this (recreating the DB) will work around the crash you're experiencing. If not, please post updated logs here.
Thanks. That seems to have worked...
Excellent Customer support.
Well, it has done it again. I had just completed a search and clicked on a scripture hyperlink and it crashed again...
Here are the logs..

Same crash and potentially same solution. I would run a disk check first, though.
And, I have run CHKDSK - no errors found. I deleted the Preferences2 folder and onece again, it has crashed. This time, I was simply scrolling within a Bible resource.

What do I need to do?
Bill, I can only recommend you contact Customer Support by email or phone, and quote this thread.
I did. I don't understand this. My work computer hasn't crashed yet. I hope the issue can be resolved, soon. I have studying to do...[:)]
Has crashed several times with the same error. I have tried running an installation repair, telling Norton to ignore it, not using a Bluetooth mouse (I know I am stretching here)etc. Still crashed. When I set "Use Internet" to No, it seems to work fine. Does that help in a determination of the problem?
Does that help in a determination of the problem?
It won't sync preferences (or anything!) in that mode, but it will read them. It could be useful for Customer Support.
Still haven't heard from them. Maybe working on SR-4...[:)]
To keep things synced, when I am through with that session, I set ‘Use Internet’ to Yes and restart Logos. That is my workaround. It is a bit of a hassle, because you have to restart Logos after you change the ‘Use Internet’ setting.
My work computer hasn't crashed yet.
Do you have different anti-virus or anti-malware on the work computer (that doesn't crash) and your other computer (that does)?
Can you configure your anti-virus to ignore all files (and subfolders) in
C:\Users\xcelldriver2\AppData\Local\Logos4\Documents
If so, does that seem to prevent the crashes?
I have different AV software at work. I believe it is the corporate version of Microsoft's product-the name escapes me. I cannot configure it.
I have Norton at home. I have just configured it, I think to ignore the path you specified. I will test and report back.
Thanks for the response.
We think we've identified the cause of this crash, and will be deploying a fix in SR-4.
Excellent!
I've been getting this crash in the beta of 4.5a. Can I presume the fix will be in the next beta update, too?
Yes, the same fix has been added to 4.5a Beta 3.
