With the release of 4.5 SR-1, I can no longer manually reorder the notes by clicking and dragging them to the order I choose. Please fix.
My apologies Ellis - I am not having any trouble reordering the notes. Have you tried clicking and dragging to the left hand side of the note icon?

Using Logos 4.5a Beta 1 with Compact note display, needed a click to activate note, release mouse button, then could could use arrow pointer to drag and drop. An active note has thin grey line to the left of the note. Using Full display, could drag and drop any note when mouse has arrow pointer (hand or vertical bar are not usable for drag and drop).

KS4J - If I understand you right, you are not able to move the notes around in the screen shot below "as is." Is that right? I am able to click to the left of the icon and move the notes around at will. I am also on 4.5a b1.
Ok, thanks so much for the replies. Yes, if I click to the left of the icon, I can move the note. I was used to clicking ON the icon in the previous version. Problem solved. Thanks again.

Is this a change from previous versions? Is it possible that it is still a bug? I am happy with it just the way it is, but it did take me a little while to figure it out.

Yes, like someone else said, it used to be possible to drag on the icon itself. Seems more intuitive.

Notes has changed from earlier versions where Compact was not an option.

Personally learned to watch mouse pointer carefully. Hovering over red delete circle briefly changes pointer to a hand, then back to a pointer with Delete pop-up. Staying to the right of pointer change area can be used for drag and drop; caveat: a slip and click could cause stuff to disappear.
