Just installed the new update 4.5 SR-3 (4.50.0.1881) and now I have a sync error on all my computers. Two Macs and a PC. Sync was working fine for me and now it is broke, not the best way to "update" a product. Anyone else seeing this issue, and do you have a solution yet?

Correction, my PC is working fine but both of my Macs have sync error messages.

Hi Otto. Are you using a Mac or PC and what OS are you running?

What about you William what OS are you running. I am running 10.6.8 on the MacBook and 10.7.2 on the iMac and both are getting the error.

I am plugging away doing some studying and sermon prep and as I highlight on my iPad the highlights are coming through on my desktop and highlights I am making on my iMac are showing up on my iPad. All of my notes and highlights seem to be working between computers as well. I am not sure what is causing the error to pop up or if I haven't noticed anything that is not syncing yet. Very strange I am perplexed.

For me it's coming and going. I don't think it's the update, I think it came and went before I updated as well.

It is consistent for me there is no going only coming. I had no issue before the update but once the update was done the error popped up and has not left.

I still have a sync error after 8 hours. I have rebooted. Updated PC machine does not have the sync error. Please advise if logs would be helpful in fixing this.

Also noticed that a new resource has not downloaded, presumably because of the sync issue which prevents my new licence being passed to my iMac. Confused

It downloaded successfully to my iPod.

I have the same problem on my iMac running OS 10.7.2. My PC is fine but the MAC is showing Sync error.  I have rebooted and this has not fixed the problem.  Hmmm. . .
