If I bible search in KJV or NKJV for any word, logos crashes. This occurs in 4.5a Beta 3 and 4. If I choose "top bibles" no crash, if I choose NET bible no crash. This happens on two different machines as well.

Just tried your search for "eye" in KJV (LLS:KJV1900 | 2011-03-23T18:18:49Z | KJV1900.logos4 - KJV 1900 with reverse interlinear), and it works just fine. NKJV (LLS:1.0.30 | 2011-03-23T18:56:18Z | NKJV.logos4 NKJV with reverse interlinear), also works without problems.
Would you check the version numbers, in case that's the issue.

Thanks Richard,
Yes the version numbers match yours.

Okay, good. That means we're talking about the same files.
Well, not so good, it means the problem isn't the files, but something with your system. The best chance to solve this is to post some logs.
Please enable logging by carefully following all the instructions in the link below: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
Then run Logos and see if you can repeat the issue that caused the crash. Make sure to post all the log and txt files here for review. Here are the Wiki instructions for how to upload logs. http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs
Let me repeat, please post all the log and text files - even if you think they are irrelevant. (You have no idea how many people don't.)

Would like to see diagnostic log files, which are compressed after a crash (and before launching Logos 4); wiki => Diagnostic Logging
Apologies: using Logos 4.5a Beta 4, unable to replicate:

Does a system reboot solve the problem?

Please reproduce the crash and post logs before restarting logos.

Thanks Folks,
The "Rebuild Index" process has fixed the problem. "Rebuild Bible Index" did not work.
Peter Cellini:The "Rebuild Index" process has fixed the problem
Ooops..Spoke too soon. The NKJV worked after the Rebuild Index, but the KJV still crashes.

I cannot reproduce with your simple query for "Eye". Two things to try:-
If that does not work then:

Windows 10 & Android 8
Dave Hooton: If that does not work then:
Tried both suggestions...still crashing.
Peter Cellini:Tried both suggestions...still crashing
Logos, any response?
Just another Anomaly, when I choose "All Bibles" the query works and hits on the KJV. Only when the KJV is the target does it crash.
Peter Cellini: Logos, any response?
I can't reproduce this problem.
Please provide the following additional diagnostics:
1) A copy of the "Support Info" (at the bottom) in the KJV1900 Info screen.
2) A screenshot of a successful "Verses" search for "eye" in the KJV1900. (You may need to search a different Bible first, then change the search to Verses, then change the Bible to KJV1900.)
Peter Cellini: Only when the KJV is the target does it crash.
Only when the KJV is the target does it crash.
The screenshot shows a "Verses" search; the crash is from "Grid" search (which is probably the only view that is crashing).
Bradley Grainger:) A copy of the "Support Info" (at the bottom) in the KJV1900 Info screen
Yes, only the grid view crashes.
Thanks

Close - you were actually searching for "tongue"
But I'm unable to reproduce the crash nor make any other suggestions.
Here is another crash from strong # search.

If I perform the identical search on the whole library, it works. Whenever I perform Bible search, it crashes.
