My friend just bought a free book from Vyros, and this book show up in her Logos and Vyros account history, but she is unable to see it in http://biblia.com/ and Logos desktop application.
Does anyone know why?

Stephen - there have been several glitches over this weekend with purchases. If it is showing up in her history, but she is unable to view it in biblia.com, it is likely this has happened to her. You can call Logos or send an email. Some users have also been able to get help by posting here in the forum... but she would need to do so - otherwise Logos wouldn't know who your friend is.
Thanks guys. She already e-mail Logos, I just want to know if there were some issue on the Logos server.
Hopefully all can be sorted by Monday.

There's something going on with the new sync that I'm not sure we understand... this happened to me, too, and then after a day it suddenly appeared then next time I started Logos. It downloaded it at startup (taking so long I thought there was a problem & almost killed it with the task manager), showing the grey screen with spinning wheel screen for a very long time. Finally, when Logos came up, it was there.
Maybe that'll happen for your friend, too.
Looking at my Vyrso orders, am able to open recent free book purchases (yesterday and today) when signed into http://biblia.com

She got the reply on Monday from Logos. and yes the resource she bought was successfully unlock.
