Starting earlier this evening, neither of my two computer will successfully sync. It tries for a few seconds, then i get the yellow triangle. Is anyone else having problems? It was working fine earlier today. I noticed it right after I installed a new resource in Libronix 3, and synched my license in L3. When I then opened L4, I first noticed the sync error. My log files attached, after I ran "sync check" command:

I'm having sync problems too. This is the error that shows in the logs:

I am having the same sync problems.
I also have been having sync problems for about 12 hours now.
Constant synch errors in both L4 Mac and L4 Win. However, changes made in a Notes document in L4 Win showed up in L4 Mac in spite of the synch error.

It seems everyone is having the same error, I guess that's a good thing in terms of isolating the problem. Your right Jack, notes seem (and probably other items) to be syncing in spite of the error.

I'm only having problems with sync. Bullinger downloaded fine for me. Metadata updates, license updates and resource downloads all seem to be working.
I was also having a problem last night, have yet to check it this morning.

I guess it's training in patience. At least it's a problem we share in common.
This is a transient error with one of the new sync services being added for 4.5a. It should be resolved when we ship Beta 6. All other sync services will keep running normally in the background (so your notes, PBs, highlights, etc. will all keep syncing even though the yellow icon is showing).
Please just ignore this error for now.

The new Pre-Pubs that shipped (and I was charged for) won't download (Bullinger's Decades and the Works of John Howe) - presumably because of this sync error. Is there something that I can do to get those downloaded? Customer Support was unable to help, since I am "running the beta."
Alternatively - any idea when beta 6 will ship?
Same problems here, too... so per your counsel am ignoring them for now & trusting all is ok.

Fred, try running the "update resources" command (instead of "update now"). Like I said before, I've downloaded Bullinger before I upgraded to beta 6, so I'm guessing it's something in your local configuration.

Don't tell them you're running the beta. Just ask them to check that your licenses were updated properly on the server. Or you could call sales if customer support follows a script that screens out all beta users.
