Re-installation/Indexer Problem

I am starting a new thread from here: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/44318/339232.aspx#339232
I reinstalled as per suggestions from the community (I deleted everything I could find having to do with Logos4). This time I let it do a "standard" installation on my main drive. Upon completion I booted Logos4, signed in, and it opened immediately. Obviously there were no books in my library. I checked to make sure internet was enabled and closed Logos4, and reopened it. Again it immediately opened without d/l-ing my library or syncing. I checked for crash errors and found logging was not enabled, so I closed Logos4 and held cntl while opening Logos4, bringing up the login page. I held cntrl as Logos4 opened, and the d/l dialogue box came up, saying my library was being prepared. I monitored the icon, watching the progress. It d/l'd approximately 17 gigs over the next 4+ hours, then opened. Again, no books in my library. I closed it and booted it again. This time the "Preparing you library" dialogue box came up, and after about 30 sec., I got the exact same Windows error as before: "Logos4 Indexer has crashed." Logos4 opened and still had no books. Closed it, booted again and "Preparing your library" came up again. Again, the Windows error came up.

Whist I would need to see the detailed logs to make more sense of the crash logs I recommend that you contact Logos Support who can logon to your computer if necessary to diagnose the problem.

Spent 2 hours on the phone while the tech was poking around on my computer. After deleting a bunch of stuff, he got Logos to start downloading and said to email him when it got done indexing and hung up. When it got done, the indexer crashed 7 min later. After all that I'm in the exact same place as before: no books in my library and the indexer crashes anywhere from 1 to 5 mins after booting Logos4.

Since Logos technical support is not available during the weekends, an option is attaching a zip file that contains diagnostic logs (including Logos4Indexer.log file) for user community comments.

I posted a couple logs above. I will post the newest ones again, but it is the exact same error: "SEHException: External component has thrown an exception."

Please enable logging (modify registry) => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging then restart Logos 4. After Indexer crashes again, please compress and attach Logos4Indexer.log file.
Would like to look at Logos4Indexer.log for contextual diagnostic information about "External component has thrown an exception" that appears in Logos4IndexerCrash.txt file.

Here you go! Thanks so much! Just FYI, the tech kept deleting stuff in my AppData\Local\Logos4\Data folders, then trying to launch Logos4.

Last line in Logos4Indexer.log file is intriguing. Wonder if file 01GK.logos4 exists in your Resources folder ? If so, curious about size ? (should be 143,418 bytes)
One option is moving 01GK.logos4 file out of your Logos4 folder, then quit and launch Logos 4 to see if Indexer can proceed with next resource.
While trying to create my library index using Logos 4.5b Beta 2 on Mac, learned to change "Use Internet" to No to avoid Indexer being interrupted by automatic resource update. After indexing completes (hopefully), plan to change "Use Internet" back to Yes so can sync stuff while using Logos 4 Mac.
The Logos 4 resource update check should detect absence of resource file and schedule download. Alternatively, if indexing completes, could use scan <path> command to cause Logos 4 to examine file and copy into Logos 4 folder followed by indexing.

Well, that's a problem. It's 141KB. I took it out of the folder and launched Logos4. No Indexer crash yet, but as of about 3 hours it has not made it past the "Preparing you library" (Stage 1 of 3).

Upload Logos4indexer.log compressed e.g. right click, "Send to" > Compressed..(should be able to do this whilst Indexing).

Here it is:
Indexer has been running for about 30 hours now. At least it isn't crashing. [:P]

But neither is it doing anything. It has been stalled on 01GK.logos4 since 3 March 11:44, about 2.5 min after starting.
Keep the Indexer running and start Logos4 if necessary. Set Automatically Download Updates to NO and exit L4. Then kill the Logos4Indexer.exe in Task Manager and delete the resource from the \Resources folder (ignore any updates thereafter). Then kill the Logos4Indexer.exe in Task Manager.
Restart L4 and the Indexer should commence. Periodically look at the Indexer log file via Notepad and see that progress is being made. You should see individual resources being indexed after 10 min or so (the file size should keep increasing as well).

This is a fresh install, so I can't get past the "Preparing your library" screen. I know there's a way, but I don't know.
I also notice the log has not updated since 11:44 am on Feb 3. I thought I turned on permanent logging.I already moved "01GK.logos4" out of the resources folder. I think the log had not updated after I did that. There is a file of the same name in a subfolder within the "Data" folder. Should I remove that one too?
Thanks for all the help. I'm no computer noob, but Logos4 is baffling. [:S]Asus M4A79XTD Evo mobo, AMD Athlon X4 640, 16 gigs Corsair Vengeance 1600 RAM, GTX 460 1gig GPU, Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

So the tech had me delete every file called "GK.logos4" and try it again. Again, five min after launching it, the indexer crashed. The problem seems to be a Windows file called "KERNELBASE.dll" (at least that's what the Windows crash dialogue says and what the tech was quite interested in).
Would uninstalling and reinstalling on a different HDD possibly work? I rely on Logos4 for my business and although I do have Libronix, they fixed a lot of problems with the ANF and NPNF in Logos4.
