BUG: Bold doesn't always show up as bold
1) The first of these titles is normal, the second is bold, but in Compact view they look the same (and have the wrong font).
2) The two titles are bold, the reference is normal, but because the first two have no note text, the bold doesn't show unless the note is active (which it never is, since I'm just using it as a heading). Even the font isn't the correct one unless the note is active.
These issues make it very hard to build a visible structure in a note file. The notes stand out and the headings disappear into the background:

Compare with the subheading active:
It's bold, it's the right font, and instead of being shorter than the reference below, it is now considerably longer. This is what it should look like at all times when I've deliberately set it to bold (except it should be collapsed).
The current implementation also looks really ugly in Full view when one has started by creating the basic structure, but hasn't yet had time to enter text in all sections. These two titles have the exact same formatting, but the latter has note text, the first doesn't:

I guess I should have made the thread title a bit wider, as this is a problem for italic as well. I make note titles italic when the words are a direct quote from the text, and regular when the words are my own -- but in Compact mode, or when the note lacks content, the difference doesn't show. [:'(]

The issue of formatting when the note lacks content should be fixed in 4.6a Beta 3 for beta users and in general when 4.6a ships to the stable channel.

Logos 4.6a Beta 4 on OS X 10.8.2 and Windows 7 does not show Bold font in compact view Title of Notes.

Issue 2 seems solved in 4.6a.
Issue 1 remains.
