Launched the website from the app. Went to support, selected videos, chose one of five videos at the top. I get a blank space in the area where the video should be.
When these steps are followed from the default browser that came with the Toshiba Thrive, the video works.
Tried looking at the videos from a Blackberry Phone, and the videos do not work.
Has anyone been able to watch videos after launching the website from the app?
