Hi,

I'm reading Beginning Biblical Hebrew by Futato.

I notice that on Biblia.com the hebrew is poorly rendered. The pointing is all of to the left. This is the case in both safari and firefox. Also the spaces between the words are missing. This makes it impossible to read as a learner and hard in any case.

I just went to library.logos.com and found that although the spacing isn't great it is better and the pointing issue is completely fixed. Just wondered if this is a known bug and whether the fix can be made to biblia?

As a powerpc mac user and linux user biblia is the only way I have to access my logos content. I rather buy books than a new computer;) As far as I can tell this issue is not limited to those platforms.

Cheers,

John

Try the font-tweak addon for chrome/firefox - it fixes a bunch of font-issues - including the use of the SBL Hebrew/Greek fonts from online if you don't have them installed.

Use the Biblia Font Size for Chrome extension ( http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/88099 ) if you want to use this in Chrome!
Use the Biblia Font Size for Firefox extension ( http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/125990 ) if you want to use this in Firefox!

PS: Another Linux user who relies on biblia to access my logos content. Hoping they keep adding features till the web-based offering rivals the desktop-based offering. The technology is there - it just has to be used!
