BUG: 4.5 Beta3 crashes on some operations
See quote below from a post in another thread for full description:
With closer study I found that this occurs consistenty in the ESV Study Bible, when I tried to open to Genesis 7:11. I can open the ESVSB, if another location is active, but either opening or switching to Gen 7:11 crashes Logos.

Crashing here too. It crashes consistently on trying to save or load a layout. (sorry didn't save any logs)
It just crashed on cycling through some study Bibles. Here are all
the recent logs for that crash (including setup logs, in case they give
any help - sure would be nice if the forum software allowed for more
than one file to be selected at a time).
EDIT: You may note that I paused indexing after installing the update. This may account for the issue with the ESVSB. I'll let indexing continue & complete and test again.
EDIT2: After indexing finished I opened the ESVSB which opened to Gen 7.8, scrolling down to 7:11 produced a crash somewhere between 8 & 11 (sorry no logs this time - I have some time constraints this morning).
EDIT3: Just had the same thing happen with the NLTSB. This does not happen with several other study Bibles I have looked at. I can open the NLTSB to another location, but upon trying to navigate to or near Gen 7:11, it crashes the program (I haven't tried opening the NLTSB to many other locations).

These are the logs that occur when trying to open a layout from the layout menu:

I also experience crash while opening any layout from the layout menu, however when opening the layout from the shortcut tool-bar, it opens normally.

Apologies: opened a layout snapshot using the Layouts menu in Logos 4.5b Beta 3 on Windows 7.
Caveat: am using my ISP's DNS servers so have many errors trying to resolve internal.services.logos.com

Crashed for me too.
I'm fairly certain this isn't related to DNS settings.

It's related to the new changes for accessibility. We're not yet sure why, but it only crashes on some computers. (Notably not on any of our testing computers.) It will be fixed in Beta 4.

Crashed when attempting to navigate ESVSB to Gen 7.1-5
Richard, just select the log files and Send to (on right click menu) a compressed zipped folder.

If it helps here are my computer spec's:
Dell Studio XPS 435MT; Windows7 64bit Home Premium (SP1); 6GB DDR3 RAM; 465GB free HD space on C:\; CPU: Intel i7-920 2.67GHz (8MB L3 cache); Video ATI Radeon HD 4850 (512MB)
My ISP is WaveBroadband (AKA wavecable.com)
EDIT: BTW, thinking of accessibility, I have one accessibility features enabled: Hear a tone when you press CAPS LOCK, NUM LOCK, or SCROLL LOCK.

Yes I could do that, but then the zip files accumulate in the folder (or I have to remember to delete them). Plus, I personally like opening the files directly from the forums, instead of having to download the zip file, open and view (and then those zip files accumulate in my download folder).

EDIT: This is a repeatable issue for for me. To reproduce I open the ESVSB to Gen 7:1. Then I begin to scroll down. Result: Crash.

I get a crash when just navigating to Gen 7:1-5 via the active reference box, as Dave mentions above. I'll pass the logs to Development for further investigation.

The crash viewing Gen 7 in ESVSB should be fixed in Beta 5.

This also happens with the NLTSB at the same location:
