We're too far along now for anyone to fill out a full bracket, but just for fun let's see if we can predict the final four and the winner. I'm looking for predictions here, not preferences. Here's mine:

Final four:

D1 (U.S. Pastors) - J.I. Packer

D2 (E.U. Pastors) - Charles Spurgeon

D3 (U.S. Scholars) - D.A. Carson

D4 (E.U. Scholars) - N.T. Wright

Wright defeats Packer for the title.

D1 - Piper

D2 - Carson

D3 - Martyn Lloyd-Jones

D4 - N.T. Wright

I see Piper and Martyn Lloyd-Jones in the final with Dr. Piper winning by about 50 votes.

I'm thinking this is probably the most likely result for the final 4, but Carson might be the overall champ.

I know that betting against D.A. Carson for my final four is probably unwise, but here is my predictions anyway:

MacArthur

Witherington (this is who I have beating Carson! Surprise)

Spurgeon

Cranfield

Most Probable:

D1: McArthur, D2: Carson, D3: Spurgeon, D4: Wright

Wright over Carson in the final.

Now preferences :)

Final Four: Piper, Witherington (I already have what will probably be elegible for the sale by Carson), Lloyd-Jones, Wright

Final: Wright over Witherington ... or vice versa.

I really don't see a lot that would be popular when you take out the stuff that has multiple authors and isn't in a collection. Although, I would like his John (Pillar) Commentary for a good price!

Does anyone else enjoy the irony that a British Canadian Systematic Theologian (Packer) will likely sweep the U.S. Pastors division?

You have to take into account that most people are not going to vote for what they already have.  I would vote for Martyn Lloyd-Jones, but I already have bought what is available by him in Logos.  The same would be true for many other writers.  Why should I vote for MacArtur when I already own him.

So there may be some surprises as a result.

Yup. Typical inclusion of Canada as part of the U.S. instead of saying N.A. Even though Packer is British, he's had most of his professional life in Canada. He is an ordained Anglican priest and preaches from time to time, but he's mostly an academic.

Looks like the bracket changed! Before it looked like the semi-finals would be U.S. vs European Pastors and U.S. vs European Scholars, with a final of the "top" pastor vs the "top" scholar. Now it looks like the bracket is set up for the final to be between the "top" U.S. author vs the "top" European author.
