crashing- Logos4 exe has stopped working

Pleasehelp                                                                                                                                                                                                    when I start up logos 4 up (it crashes ) I get  this message Logo4 exe has stopped working

Kyle, while there is still time, you might want to separate your email address by spelling some of it out  ie "at" for @ and "dot" for "." com etc. and separating the sections.

ie. something like "kyle j brownll at g mail dot com"  etc. 

You are in danger of having it harvested by spam bots.

You have about 12 hours to edit this.

Hi Kyle, I agree with SteveF regarding your email. If you want I can delete it. I'm sorry Logos 4 is crashing on you. Can you follow the instructions here to log the event, and then post the log files produced, here? Thank you.

I have been having the same problem and cannot use the PC version of Logos. I've tried restarting the machine several times and it doesn't work. I am not the only one who uses this computer, so I don't know if someone else made changes that have affected the software. I have attached the log files that I could find. If anyone has the chance to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I took the steps that you suggested and have uploaded new log files.

Logos 4 Log File
Logos 4 Crash Text File
Logos 4 Error Log

It looks like the issue may be outside of Logos 4's bounds. I've emailed you more information so we can take the conversation offline.
