Sitting in a worship service last night and I try to highlight a passage. I don't like the way it looks and wish to erase all highlighting of that passage. It's easy enough to do on the pc but I couldn't sigure out how to erase highlighting on the iPad. Any thoughts?
P.S. If it is really simple and obvious please make hard and complicated so I won't feel so bad!

Hi
If you press and hold in the highlighted area you get a popup menu. Select "edit note" and then choose the delete note button.
(sorry I can't provide any pictures at the moment, please post back if this doesn't make sense)
This works as highlights are a type of note
Hope this helps

Thanks Alabama
Thanks guys, I must have stumbled onto one of those odd little gremlins that are hard to replicate. I did all the things you mentioned but the highlighting stayed. I was able to clear it only by making the change on my pc. May have been a little bug in the ipad or something.
Anyway, it's working as expected now.
Thanks!
