Does Proclaim work in China?

I have installed the software in China and still trying to get it to work but it always says 'unable to download ......'

Even the video demos do not work!! The connection to the website does not seem to get through although I have no problem accessing Logos 4 online.

We have not had any reports of this previously.

You cannot access our online videos? Can you view them directly from Youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=tp5WIuOFbYA
