I have found a way of managing my notes for a particular Greek/Hebrew word that I find helpful. It involves visual filters and Bible Word Studies.Whenever there is a Word I want to study I Start a BWS and keep all my notes there. Then I create a visual filter that highlights all occurrences of that word with a visual cue that there is a BWS for it. Whenever I see the cue and want to review my notes all I have to do is right click>Lemma>BWS and the saved guide with my notes come up.
To come up with the string to use for the filter I right click the word in the Bible>select Lemma>select search this resource and copy and past the search string it gives me into the visual filter.
