I just purchased the Logos 4.5 (Biblioteca Pastoral (KF)) a few days ago and I am trying to purchase a Reverse Interlinear KJV Bible, but I have not been able to find it under products.  My Spanish RVR60 has the interlinear, but I would like to have the KJV because sometimes I remember the verse in English but not in Spanish and having both would be great. I might be starring at it, but I cannot see it.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

This one is Reverse interlinear in mine. http://www.logos.com/product/17910/the-holy-bible-king-james-version

You might check with Logos by phone to see if it would be on your package.

You would get the KJV and other reverse interlinears with the Logos 4 minimal crossgrade:

I think you already have one in your package. Check the above link in Wiki for instructions of how to us it.

Maria, unfortunately the Reverse Interlinears are not available for separate purchase, only the Biblical texts. Timothy's suggestion might be the only was to obtain this. However I'd suggest a call to Logos sales to see if there is anything they can do for you.

Otherwise the expensive upgrade to this package will get you that English Interlinear and others: http://www.logos.com/product/8960/biblioteca-platino-bilingue

Another bilingual upgrade is a bit less expensive => http://www.logos.com/product/8958/biblioteca-academica-bilingue (but more than double compared to http://www.logos.com/product/8956/biblioteca-pastoral )

Concur with minimal crossgrade suggestion => http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade that would add a number of English resources.

This one appears to be included in the following Spanish base packages:

I do not see a base package listed called Biblioteca Pastoral (KF) so I can't check what resources are included in it. You will have to talk to Logos Customer Service if it doesn't include KJV. But if your Spanish RVR60 has the interlinear capabilities, then you probably have a base package that is high enough to include interlinear capabilities in general, so it might just work if you bought that KJV which Ud Laugh 2 recommended. However I'd be quite surprised if you don't already have it, since it is included in all the English base packages.

Have you looked through your existing Library for KJV?  Make sure it's the KJV 1900 you're attempting to open, not the Authorized Version which is also called King James Version. The latter does not have interlinear with it.

Ah, I see. Now I wonder why that package didn't show up when I searched for it. Just tried it again and it worked. Oh well. Must have been a momentary brain lapse.

I had the Libronix Library and then purchased the Biblioteca Pastoral (KF) and it automatically did some things, probably did not bring all my packages from Libronix. I guess I will call Customer Service and see what they can do for me. I do have the AV but not the King James Version 1900 in this package and that might be the problem.

Thank you so much for all your responses.

Welcome Big Smile

Logos revamped a number of resources for use in Logos 4; hence the => http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade that has new resource files for use in Logos 4, including English Reverse Interlinears (since Libronix 3 reverse interlinear resources are not usable in Logos 4).

Another option is using Libronix 3.0g and adding Biblioteca Pastoral (KF) resources.  Libronix 3 and Logos 4 can peacefully coexist on the same computer, which does need adequate disk space for respective resource files since Libronix 3 and Logos 4 cannot share files.

Just to make sure I understand, and by the way thank you for the response, if I purchase the minimal crossgrade, it will work with my Biblioteca Pastoral (KF) and I will have all those English resources in the KF?

Just do not want to waste my money if this is not possible.

Maria,  As previously suggested, give Logos sales a call (Ask for Santiago by name), and explain what you want.  This ensures that you get the reverse interlinears.  Another thing you should know is that you have 30 days to examine your upgrade and if you are not happy with it, you may return it for a full refund.  No risk! Logos customer service is outstanding.

Thank you. I will do that. Ah, thank you also for the information about the 30 days refund. Did not know that.

Yes, purchasing minimal crossgrade increases the number of resources for your use in Logos 4, which would work with Biblioteca Pastoral (KF).  Also have future option to upgrade Biblioteca base package to add more resources to your Logos library.  Caution: increasing library resources can become a bit addictive.

Along with 30 days for refund, Logos offers payment plan options, which does have a processing fee per payment (can be helpful for large purchases to spread payments over time).

What do you mean "it could" become a bit addictive. Big Smile. I think I already can see symptoms of Logos 'what's available and appropriate for me' addiction with this software. I liked my Libronix but this is incredible.  The ease of use and amount of resources is what is bringing this 'addiction' syndrome on.

Again, thank you for all the info.

Note: you can always join the Logos Resources Anonymous support group if it becomes a problem for you. We meet sporadically on these forums to encourage and pray for each other egg each other on. Oh, and the forums can become addictive too. Not that I would know anything about that!  Wink
