I was looking for some good books that espouse the post tribulation perspective.

I presume that you mean the "Historic Premillenial" view that does not believe in a "rapture" of the Church prior to Christ's Second Coming?  In other words, non-dispensational premillenialism.  This view would teach that Christ's Second Coming is one event at the end of the tribulation.

George Ladd's  The Last Things is one such book that is available in Logos.

Also, the NICNT volume on Revelation by Robert Mounce would be another good one.

"In all cases, the Church is to be judged by the Scripture, not the Scripture by the Church," John Wesley

This may not be what you're asking for, but bestcommentaries.com does label the various perspectives of authors on their commentaries

Revelation

[edit]:  use the Premillenial filter on the right to jump to the pertinent volumes

I'm surprised Logos doesn't have: Three Views on the Rapture

They have Zondervan's other "Counterpoints" books.

This surprised me also. It also doesn't appear to be included in the forthcoming upgrade. Strange given that it was one of the earlier editions in the series.

It is a pity, because Douglas Moo's defence of the Post-Tribulation position is, in my view, pretty decent and persuasive.

Everything in this set:

And it just needs half a dozen or so more $50 bids to bring down the price.

I do not think that we as Christians should be so entrenched in when the Rapture is going to happen, but examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith, therefore, being prepared for it. Who knows if while we are trying to figure out before/after, we are not looking up and miss it altogether. God forbid!

If it happens BEFORE, fantastic, if it happens AFTER, fantastic.

Personally, what I am doing is looking up expecting that it will happen.

When is in the Lord's hands, from my perspective.

Thanks for your reminder, however please note this is not a preaching site, but a site to discuss Logos products. If everyone made assumptions about others, such as that because they are eager to understand things that God obviously wants us to understand, that they aren't also eager to develop personal holiness, this place would be a shouting match. Remember, we are told that 'the wise will understand' in the last days, and Paul said that we are not in darkness that that day should overtake us as thieves, therefore don't judge those who believe that it's important for us to know these things.

This is a situation where someone from Logos should respond. Did the Publisher or the authour request that the bokk not be available? Was this an oversight or an editorial judgement bu the publisher or someone else ie hast the book been withdrawn?

Millard Erickson in his Christian Theology favors "Posttribulationism".  His discussion of the different views is roughly a half-dozen pages in length.

A classic on the subject is Alexander Reese's The Approaching Advent of Christ.  His style leaves something to be desired, but he is fairly exhaustive in his coverage of the subject.  It is no longer in print, but available online here, which is part of this website.
