I tried opening logos today and it said immediately that it had to close....I went to the logos log files......and deleted everything to get a new batch....tried running logos again and it immediatly closes.....I went to the wiki and tried something with the event viewer.....I am not sure I am doing anything right there.....I am not seeing anything logos....on the open saved log.....
Someone want to jump in and send a hint or two......or should I just wait for the morning hours to arrive in Belllingham and just call logos.....?

Could you post your log files (both Logos4Crash.txt and Logos4.log) from your latest attempt to start Logos? If you don't have a Logos4.log then enable diagnostic logging (see here for how) and try again.
The thing to do when Logos crashes in the future is not to "delete [all the log files] to get a new batch" but rather save the log files into a zip file (in Windows, select them all, right-click and choose "Send to compressed (zipped) folder"). This is in case the crash doesn't repeat itself and the log files get overwritten next time you restart Logos. Even if it doesn't crash upon retrying, it still would be good to report the original crash for the Logos developers to look into in case there's an intermittent bug lurking in there. Mysterious crashes don't usually just "go away" if you restart Logos. There's something wrong that happened somewhere along the way, and the log files will hopefully show enough information to diagnose what happened and ensure that it doesn't happen again to some hapless Logos user.

Sorry if I have confused things......i went to logos log files and noticed the error files were dated 1/12/12.......so I deleted those and tried to get new ones.....none are created it seems. I dbl click on l4 and it says it needs to close before ever coming up. I see that no log files are there.....I looked on the wiki...and it describes if logs are missing or not complete......try this event viewer.....thing......I see nothing about logos in that file.....atleast that is what I am thinking.
Just to say called logos....was transferred to a lvl 2 tech. immediatly.....wnt on hold and machine says longer wait time you can continue to hold or leave msg. on 3rd one of that.....left a message....did not call back today.....(sort of expected one) but busier than normal. guess I will have to wait for monday...
It sounds like your logos.exe is corrupted then and can't even run. I wonder about trying a reinstall?
Hopefully you've already tried rebooting.
For me, there can be long delays between when I attempt to start Logos and when I see it begin the Logos splash screen or sync window.
I'd also unplug from the 'net and try to start it that way to see if anything is different.
Finally, if you recently installed any update, your "shortcut" might be messed up in some way--I'd try directly executing the exe out of its native folder via windows explorer.
