Hello!
Can anybody help me? I created a note-file with a lot of commentaries to the lettres of Paul. Is it possible to export only a part of the notes (e.g. Romans). When I use the option print/export, always all notes of the file are in the new document.
Thank you for helping, and sorry for my English.
Hi Dirk,
The only thing I can think of is to open a new note file for Romans and drag-and-drop the notes across. Then you should be able to export the Romans note.
Sorry if this isn't quite what you were after.

Thanks. I suppose this is the only way. But this means, I have to create a note-file for every book of the NT. This is confusing to navigate.

You can use favorites to makem them easier to access. If you go to www.logos4training.com there is an extensive video on using Favorites.

I agree! I was tipped off by other users about using 'Favorites' (in the Tools menu). You can create folders-within-folders (nested) in the Favourites menu and drag your notes into the folders.
So theoretically you could have Commentary > NT > Paul's letters > Romans as the folder structure, and your Romans notes within in.
I manage very well with it, but I have to say I'd prefer proper groupability of notes.

And I agree with Philana - the videos are quite long but well worth watching. Mark has clearly put a lot of effort into producing them and they helped me a lot.

If there is just a particular section that you want to print out, have the note open to that section and highlight it, copy, then paste into word and then print. That’s the only way to print just a section/portion of a note that I am aware of…
I managed to do it as you proposed me. It's great. Thank you a lot! Greetings and Blessings to India or whereever you are!
