Quick question - how can I create a collection of my entire library minus all the theological journals.

Thanks!

Hi Chris

Using the rule "rating:>0 ANDNOT type:journal" should do it.

  • rating:>0 includes everything in your library
  • ANDNOT excludes the term following it
  • type:journal is the set of journals in your library.

I'm assuming you are familiar with creating collections in general - if not, details are at http://wiki.logos.com/Collections

Hope this helps - if it doesn't post back

Graham

Graham Criddle:
rating:>0 includes everything in your library

That should be rating:>=0. Otherwise it would miss everything with a rating of "0" which would be everything if nothing is rated.

Thanks for picking that up!
