Twice already my songs in proclaim even after being uploaded in the cloud have gone blank, disappeared

This is a lot of work for nothing, why is proclaim unstable?

I apologize for the inconvenience. This is not an issue that we've heard reported before. 

It would be very helpful if you could post log files from your Proclaim installation by following the instructions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

The crash occurs sometime later after power point is uploaded to Proclaim.    It has happened a few times already and caused much panic.   The slides that are uploaded are just plain white and looks like nothing is on the screen

Craig, it would be great if you could provide your log files as Hunter indicates.

Also, could you provide a little more information about exactly what you are experiencing? When you refer to your "songs", are these songs in fact within a Powerpoint that you've uploaded, rather than a Song service item?

- When you upload the Powerpoint, are you uploading it on a Windows or a Mac machine?

- If you are uploading on a Windows machine, are you selecting "Convert to images" or "Transfer control to Powerpoint"?

- Are you selecting "Local to this machine only" or "Upload and sync to my group"?

- Is the Powerpoint you are uploading a .PPTX file or a .PPT file?

Any one of these could potentially have an impact on the syncing and appearance of your Powerpoint slides on other machines. Thank you.
