I just want to say a big thank you to Bradley Grainger for being the human face of Logos on these forums. He must have worked so many hours over the past few days, but even at quieter times he is one of the most frequent posters here among the Logos staff.
It is so important for keeping things sane and happy on these forums to have the simple acknowledgements that Logos is considering and addressing concerns that we raise.
Amidst this difficult launch of Logos 5, Bradley has time and again stepped in to angry and frustrated threads with simple facts, explanations and acknowledgements, calming things down with great patience and restraint.
I don't know what his exact role is, but I'd like to propose him as vice-president in charge of customer care (at Logos that is—I understand there is a similarly titled job available at the White House this week ;-]).
