Error Message when trying to sync

I havn't been able to sync for a few days now. I keep getting the error message at the top right. This only happens on my desktop (Windows Vista) but not on my laptop (yet). Before the last update it synced no problem but now it doesn't. I am not sure if this is due to the update or not.

I am running:

Logos Bible Software 5.0 SR-4 (5.0.0.1835)

Enable logging and upload logos.log after this problem happens

There are a lot of sync errors indicating issues with Logos servers but the logos.log indicates issues with Prayer Lists. Do your computers use the same inetrnet connection and do you keep them open with Logos running at the same time?  If so close the other computer & see if that changes things. Whilst the other is closed make changes to your Prayer Lists and check again.  Upload the logos.log if nothing has changed.

I turned off my laptop and deleted all my prayer requests and still get the same error.

Sorry I didn't know I needed to post the logs every time. Here they are and thanks for your help.

It shows the same error with Prayer List items which is unusual seeing that you deleted them. Are they also deleted on the other computer?

Yes I made sure I deleted the prayer requests from both.

Just to update: I reinstall Logos 5 (took forever) but I no longer have that sync error.

I was hoping to avoid that but just needed to know about the Prayer Lists on  the other computer.
