I am confused by the Logos copy on the Minimal Crossgrade page (http://www.logos.com/product/28376/logos-5-minimal-crossgrade#). Logos states: "The Minimal Crossgrade includes all the new Logos 5 features and datasets."

2 Questions:
(1) In the Minimal Crossgrade it is stated that all data sets are included. Yet on the upgrade page where it shows in detail what is included this is not the case: Data sets missing include -- Bible Facts: Places, Bible Facts: Things, Pronunciation Tools, New Testament Genre Coding, Tooman Literary Genre Coding of the Old Testament

Just what does "All datasets" mean?

(2) Also what is meant by "Features" which vary by package 53 seeming to be the max at Platinum Level and above and all the way down to 0 at the minimal crossgrade level?

Again, the minimal crossgrade page states "all features" yet the upgrade pages shows "0"

what does "all features? mean?

I can't give you an "official" answer Dave, but I purchased the minimal cross grade and did in fact get all of the data sets. Everything was included.

Certainly glad to here that!  I can afford the MC through my allocated "book fund" but the other upgrade paths are beyond my budget. . .

Those feature have been a part of Logos since L4 or before.  You'll notice the icon that indicates "new to you" is also missing, meaning you already have those features and are not purchasing them.

The Minimal Crossgrade includes all the new Logos 5 features and datasets (emphasis added).

Bible Facts: Places, Bible Facts: Things, Pronounciation Tools etc., were all included in one or more Logos 4 base packages. Buying the L5 Minimal Crossgrade does not add these datasets to your software if you didn't already own them in Logos 4.

I'm not sure what the Upgrade page/Comparison Chart means by "features", but the Minimal Crossgrade does contain the datasets that enable the new Logos 5 features (e.g., Clause Search, Bible Sense Lexicon, etc.). So I think the comparison chart is in error to say "0 features"; I'll report the problem.

Thanks for the clarification!
