My app has been acting up for sometime now. On the home screen things are out of order and the keyboard will not open to type. In the read mode and with the shortcut menu open on the right the keyboard does come up either. I've restarted my iPad and it works for a short time then goes back to messing up. Not too happy about this.

Chuck - What version of the app are you using? What device are you on? What OS? Have you done a delete & reinstall (NOTE: you will lose your downloaded resources)?

I am using the current version of the Logos app on the latest Apple iOS for my iPhone 5 and iPad 3. Both are doing the same thing. I thought about deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that would work but wanted to wait to see if there was a fix. Is anyone else having this problem?

In answering questions in the forums, and in beta testing, I have heard of issues like this appearing, but they don't generally seem to be a bug, but rather a bad install. If you are reluctant to do a delete & reinstall, you could try doing a full shut down of the device. Press and hold BOTH physical buttons. If you are given a slider, use the slider to turn off the device. Allow the device to sit for a minute before restarting. 

PS - Glad to see the Mad Hatter staying in Baton Rouge. Playing LSU wouldn't be the same without him. Big Smile

Well, I ended up doing a fresh install of the app, and it seems to have fixed the problem. 

 

I'm glad the Hatter is staying too. He's a great coach even though I get frustrated with him sometimes. I think the LSU/ Bama rivalry continues to heat up. Looks like y'all are heading to the Championship game again this year. As much as I would like to see the title stay in the SEC... I will be pulling for the Irish. Big Smile
