I originally contacted support over this, but after going through steps they offered which didn't fix the problem, they suggested I post my issue here.

Last night I purchased the Baker Encountering the Bible collection which consists of three titles. These automatically downloaded with no problem in L4/Win, but in L4/Mac, only two of the three downloaded. Encountering the OT did not download.

Tech support suggested I download the file from an FTP address they gave me and manually place it in the appropriate folder which I did. In restarting L4/Mac, it still does not recognize the file, although it is there.

Anyone have any ideas?

Well, the huge update that came through tonight seems to have fixed my problem. All three references now appear as they should.

R. Mansfield:

Thanks for the information. I am downloading as I type. Guess I'll find out what is in the upgrade after it finishes.

Rick,

Just curious, are you using these texts for a class? I hadn't heard of them before, but the volume on Romans by Moo looks great.

Right now, I got them mainly for my own reference. A number of schools use them for college level classes. I've used the Romans volume--you're right that it's very good--as a "required" book when I spent a half year teaching through Romans at church about four years ago. The books have very good graphics which can be used when teaching as well. I'm beginning Mark this Sunday at church, so I thought I might use some of the material in the NT volume.

Just out of curiosity, do the books show up on your iPhone?

Just looked. All three do. Here is a page from the Romans book:
