Problem doing morph search in NKJV

Is anyone having problems doing a morphological search in NKJV? When I do a morphological search in NKJV, nothing is appearing in search report.

Can you be more specific?
[edit: just did one randomly and had no problems]

Any kind of morph search. Nothing is pulling up in the search at all.
start afresh:
close logos software after using 'close all' in the command window. re-open, there should be no resources open. click the search mag glass; set it to 'morph' set the bible to NKJV it should give you an example; click the "lemma:xxxxxx" example, it should run......
oops forgot: you need to click the arrow that is to the right in the text box after you click the example

Welcome to the forums.
Is the NKJV your prioritized Bible? If so, try the instructions here: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/65593/458367.aspx#458367. Let us know if you need more detailed instructions.

Forgot about that bug (which IS a really unusual bug).

To some point i agree. But i fail to see how any Bible prioritized or not will fail to do a simple morph search/?
He is using a 'chosen' resource, so the priortization has no bearing on the results....

Why don't you read the thread I linked to before you answer? The bug prevents the prioritized Bible from updating, but it doesn't prevent the RI from updating. So the Bible text and the morph info in the RI end up being different versions, and therefore don't work together.

Well i did read it...i guess that since i do not use prioritization that all my bibles get updated.......even the RI's.
I am soory but i wasn't aware that only the 'prioritized' things never got updated until you 'un-prioritized' them...didn't know that the auto-updater would pick and choose...i have been dumfounded all these years into being told that it didn't make that distinction, unless ofcourse you had 'autoupdate' set to "NO"....
but you must be right. whodathunkit.
sorry i was unawares, i need to call tech support and tell them they have been wrong.......
thanks for the FYI

It's a bug. In the current version. It wasn't there "all these years".

No need. They're the ones who told me about it: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/65042/455058.aspx#455058.

Thanks, i was aware of the post and if-big one syllable word here- you are up-to-date the issue is fixed.
[...] Development has tracked down a bug that was responsible and it should be fixed in the next update.
And just so we are on the same page the title states "INLINE DISPLAY....".....does inline display mean that he was really stating "morph search"? hmm sorry I missed that. Guess my ole' brain isn't up to speed on "double-meaning's of Logos software nomenclature" these days.....
But I do appreciate the misguided link.
Thanks for your help.

Welcome [:D]
Please elaborate; a screen shot would be helpful => http://wiki.logos.com/Screenshot
DMB said:Ed ... just for comparison, a morph search in Jude is do-able in NKJV even using hebrew morphology.
For grins, did two searches in New Testament passages looking for Imperatives. The Logos Hebrew Morphology code V?M finds nothing while the Logos Greek Morphology code V??M finds many results:
With Logos Hebrew Morphology for drop-down selection, had typed V??M since could not select from drop down.

Yes, as you yourself quote, in the next update. The next update hasn't been released to the stable channel yet.

No, but the inline display requires the text and the RI to be of the same version, and morph search also requires the text and the RI to be of the same version.
When people encounter this bug nothing that requires the text and the RI to be of the same version will work. But some people will try this and other people will try that, so the bug reports will look a bit different, but the cause will be the same.
But you have decided long ago that I have no idea what I'm talking about, so I doubt I will convince you.

Thanks KS4J....
fgh - sigh......thanks for letting me know that inline display and morph search are really one and the same thing and that there is really no difference in the two. Is this some new feature in L5 that I was not aware of?

Ask him for the support info, that will show if I'm right or not.

Ed,
Bradley Grainger from Logos has now confirmed that you almost certainly have the bug I thought you had. You can update to the correct version of the NKJV by following the instructions in either the link I gave you, or the link in Bradley's post at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/66045/461198.aspx#461198 (essentially the same instructions, just expressed a bit differently).

Ed, we need you to try the command update resources as that should update the NKJV and get your searches to work again.
