Is this possible? I'm guessing that the program caches the presentation in preparation to go 'On Air'. If this is possible, please advise how...I've not been able to accomplish this.

Mitch,

You can enter edit mode while On Air by clicking the Edit link, clicking Preview will take you back to Preview only mode. While in Edit mode single clicking on a service item in the timeline or order of service will set the editing focus (indicated by a yellow box) and not change the slide that is currently being presented (indicated by a red arrow). This allows you to make an edit to an upcoming slide before it is displayed. Double clicking on a service slide will cause it to be presented.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Allen,

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the poor communication on my part. I meant to ask that a person can make the edit from a remote PC/MAC while it presentation was on air (on a different PC).

Thanks!

Yes, this is supported. If you want to force the on air machine to sync you can click the sync icon in the upper right of the main window. Otherwise it will sync periodically.
