Jeff Brown's idea about creating empty personal books so we can creat groupings within the priortized list of books, thus organizing it, is a great idea.  However, in looking at the instructions given on how to do this I find another total failure on the part of Logos to give full instructions.  The Logos.headings.docx which I think is necessary to complete this is a total mystery to me.  I think a lot of others are frustrated too.  Can we get some step-by-step guidelines so we who are not as computer/Logos savvy can enjoy these tips, please?

I assume this is the set of instructions you're referring to: http://blog.logos.com/2013/03/logos-5-labels-for-the-prefer-these-resources-list/

I'm not sure what you mean by Logos.headings.docx. Where did you come across the requirement for a file by that name?

Here are the step-by-step instructions for creating personal books: http://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books#Building_Personal_Books

Okay, I think I answered my own question, Rosie.  You have to go into MS Word and create a blank document and save it as Logos Headings.  It will give it the extension .docx.  Then when you hit the File button it will bring up the window with that file in it.  You simply double click on it, hit the Build Book button and that groupings will appear in your PB list.  You can then drag it to the Priortize list and viola! you have a grouping to which you can then drag the prioritized books into and group them under those headings.

Have I missed anything?  If so, post it to the forum and I'l try to help if I can.  But keep in mind, I'm no guru when it comes to these things.  Peace.

A colorful "Book Cover" can also be helpful:

Sounds right, but you can name it whatever you want. As long as you select that same filename when building the PB. And you have to make a different PB for each of the headings. You can reuse the same .docx file for each of them, though. That won't matter since it's a dummy book anyway.
