Help, please!

Logos crashes on me repeatedly, after loading my layout.

Here's the crash zip file6758.LogosCrash.zip

And the error zip file4456.LogosError.zip

Hi Samuel - and welcome to the forums.

From the logs you have provided one of your database files is corrupted.

Can you post logos.log which should give a clue as to which one?

Without the Logos.log, it is hard to know for sure, but I would guess there is a problem specifically with your Index. You can possibly resolve the problem by entering "Rebuild Index" in the command field at the top of the application.

Thanks, here's the only other logs I can find: Indexer Crash and Indexer Error.

Sorry Samuel,

Without the full logs, I can only guess, but I'd bet the index is either corrupted or already in use by another application.

I would recommend following my previous instructions to rebuild the index. Also, if you're using a backup service, like Carbonite, you may need to exclude the Logos directory from your backup to prevent interference.

Hi,

Rebuilding the index has not worked, after beginning to index, it seems to quit. Then, within a minute or two, the whole program will crash. Can anyone help? Thanks.
