I am using proclaim on a mac book air and running it from my Iphone 5 using the app. Today I got half way through the service and then was unable to change any slides. I hit the back button, took control again, it still didn't work. I even powered my phone down quickly assuming that would work. I was lucky enough to have a screen up that I could just keep on for the rest of the service. I am trying to get it to work at home and I still am having trouble. We downloaded the app on our Samsung Galaxy tab and we get the same error. Is there an update coming for the app that will fix this? I love this program, but is not worth the money if it won't work.

We had some infrastructure issues this morning for about 30 minutes. I'm still actively looking in to what caused the issue and I'm sorry you were impacted.
