One of the weak areas in Logos has been in Pentecostal resources. Here's a collection from a man who is frequently mentioned among Pentecostals and often sought as a speaker:

If this has already been noted, I apologize. But after (only) a brief search, I didn't see this mentioned yet.

Some of his books are in Vyrso too, and many of Derek Prince. I want to see in logos or Vyrso the books by Watchman Nee too.

Oh, I've always loved those bed linens they make in Holland. I didn't know Logos was getting into the linens business. You think we could petition them to do flannel ones in CP? Wink

Thanks, Richard!

I'm a new employee of Logos and you might be please to know that one of my specific areas of responsibility is to curate existing and new product for our Pentecostal and charismatic users. Right now I am compiling a list, checking it twice (and thrice, and more!) and with God's blessing we'll see a lot more product for our theological spectrum coming along soon!

And Dutch Sheets is definitely on my list. :)

Regards,

Rich

Would love to get the stuff from those guys at Bethel, Redding, CA: Bill Johnson, Kris Valloton & Danny Silk (for starters).

Thanks, I don't keep up much with the stuff on Vyrso. But that seems like the best place to put a lot of these kinds of books. I'll have to pay more attention.

Thanks, Sleiman. I was beginning to feel a wee bit slighted that my joke went unnoticed and uncommented upon. ;-)

Rosie, I just about fell off my chair that was so funny! Sorry I didn't say anything before.

I am just amazed that I see you commenting on so many different resources. You must really love books, and I mean LOVE books! And you are so open-minded.

Praise the Lord! So now Logos Bible software is going to be a Bible study tool for all denominations.

Blessings in Christ.

I thought your post was very funny.  I also thought about writing something witty before you did, but changed my mind just in case someone feels offended; but I was over-analyzing it way too much.  When I realized that no one commented on the joke, I was like, boy this group is way too serious, I have to comment myself!

Personally, I don't know the author and honestly first thought that Dutch Sheets were some kind of theological articles written each on a sheet and collected in Holland or something and I will look it up later! I'm so ignorant.

Yes, I love books. I have nearly 5000 in my physical library and over 10,000 in my Logos library. I read very widely and voraciously. My open-mindedness to other theological traditions comes from having studied at Regent College where I had professors from Baptist, Brethren, Anglican, Mennonite, Presbyterian, Pentecostal, and probably other traditions that I'm forgetting. I also had fellow students and guest lecturers who were Catholic, Orthodox, Messianic Jewish. Gordon Fee and Rikk Watts (both from Pentecostal backgrounds) were two of my favorite professors. But really, they were all favorites. My profs removed my fear of reading things from even "Eastern" or "pagan" or "heretical" perspectives, all of which would have been taboo in my growing up years. A well-educated mind is not a fearful mind. We can learn even from those we disagree with. Everyone on this earth who is striving to discover the truth gets to little pieces of it, some more than others. Of course I believe I'm blessed to have been born into the tradition that has the most truth of all, and has the Truth. But I know it would be arrogant of me not to concede that there's some truth to be found elsewhere as well.
