Opened Proclaim, Typed in email and password.

Pressed Enter, Logging In Load screen, then goes back to screen with error.

An error occured while attempting to contact the server, please try again later.

Running on old Windows XP Home Edition Computer,

It works with the same Wireless network on Laptop, but not on the desktop.

This error has occured when I have used my cell phone as a hotspot for the desktop and I still obtain this error.

Thank You,

John Jones

Your logs indicate that the application cannot properly establish a trusted connection to our secure sign in service. It also looks like your system clock is set to January 1, 2003. Your clock being over 10yrs behind may cause problems for Proclaim when trying to establish a secure connection to our servers.

Could you try syncing your system time to the windows time servers?
