I'd like to request two rare lexical resources be added. These aren't typically available everywhere, and they're reference works, so would be great for Logos.

Tawil's An Akkadian Lexical Companion for Biblical Hebrew: Etymological-Semantic and Idiomatic Equivalents with Supplement on Biblical Aramaic

Klein's A Comprehensive Etymological Dictionary of the Hebrew Language for Readers of English

Agreed, these would be worthwhile.

@Ben

What is the coverage of classical Hebrew in Klein's Dictionary?

The publisher is Carta. Logos should be able to sign a deal if they sense a demand.

We've been begging for Carta books for almost three years: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/25757.aspx.

It's currently the third most wanted suggestion at https://prepub.uservoice.com/forums/183407-general/filters/top.

Yes, let's get more votes for Carta! I wish that Logos would give us some hint as to whether this even may be a possibility.

I don't own either of these, but my understanding of Klein is that he includes most Biblical and post-Biblical Hebrew. It's not primarily a modern Hebrew lexicon, from what I can tell. THere's a review here, but I can't log in to JSTOR at the moment.
