Bug: Footnotes not showing
Using 5.1 RC3.
In the book "Ancient Near Eastern Thought and the Old Testament" The footnotes in the text box are not showing at the bottom of the screen. Both font and scaling are set at 100% .
The layout is set to auto. Note that footnote #'s 1 and 2 are not being displayed at the bottom of the page.
