BUG: L5.1 Win - Font color issue in notes

There seems to be an issue in changing font colors in the new note editor-

When selecting text and then CHANGING color from, say, black, to any other color, by clicking the font color icon in the toolbar the text will change to the color you select. But, when you make a new selection and click the icon the text does not change. Even if you click the drop down arrow and select the color that is already selected, it will not change.

However, if you CHANGE to a new color, it will work.

    I am able to reproduce this issue and I have created a case for Development.

    This will be fixed in 5.1a Beta 3.
