I am having a problem with my slides syncing.  The yellow triangle just stays on and nothing will sync to the server. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to get proclaim to sync, cancelled all my licences and renewed them rebooted many times and still it won't sync,  I have a critical deadline that I am on and find this very mickey mouse and poor support, actually no support  when there are critical situations,

Are you still supporting Proclaim or phasing it out

This is very frustrating you red triangle does not sync and you have nothing there that says why it won't sync,  very poor programing.  If there is a problem no one can trouble shoot or try to fix

Craig, I'm sorry we were doing scheduled maintenance. There is another thread you can read for more information. Maintenance is complete and you should be able to sync again. We'll do a better job at notifying you next time, my apologies. We most definitely support Proclaim and are putting tons of effort in to making it even more scalable/reliable.

Sorry about this Craig. I can assure you that Logos is still very much committed to Proclaim. We were upgrading the database server that supports our sync framework and there were unexpected issues with the upgrade. More information can be found here http://community.logos.com/forums/t/87697.aspx
